Testimonials

Initiative + creativity is how Devra distinguished herself when we worked together.

Nothing is better than having her completely own projects and have complete confidence that the end result will be better than originally anticipated.

Her Get It Done attitude is what changed how we approached video production. Need a promo video in a week? Done. Need to find multiple resources to work on parallel projects? Done. Need to film and edit a 3 minute video on Sunday and Monday for a Tuesday 8 AM showing? Done. Need to capture 15 video stories of our associates? Done. Done. Done.

‘Get it done’ is how she will impact any team she is part of.
— Matthew Morookian, Marketing Manager, apexanalytix
Dev is passionate about video, dogged in getting it done right and on time, and unafraid to challenge status quo expectations to do so. She keeps us honest and on track with our objectives by asking the right questions at the right time, and is constantly working to improve and advance our creative processes. Always on top of every detail, Dev knows how to bring solutions that work when challenges inevitably pop up. She has great creative instincts as well—many times her opinions and ideas have elevated the work.

Dev also has a playful sense of humor and a HUUUGE heart, and is very invested in the development of junior talent. Her ardent commitment to diversity and inclusion is deeply inspiring and—in my experience—highly uncommon in corporate culture. She is a true gem, and I feel lucky to work with her as often as I do.
